Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Services

We specialise in producing high-quality giclée prints on demand. As a small independent business, our primary focus is ensuring the highest standard of print quality and fast order dispatch.

Orders

  • Custom Artwork: By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the rights to reproduce the image. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims.
  • Final Artwork: All artwork uploaded to our system is considered final. Obviously we will always do our best to provide the best guidance on image quality, but on the rare occasion something is missed we are not responsible for any errors such as spelling mistakes, incorrect formatting, or poor image resolution in the files you provide. Please ensure that all files are thoroughly reviewed before submission.

Production and Dispatch

  • Production Time: We aim to produce and dispatch your print within the timeframes outlined. Production times may vary depending on order volume and material availability. We always aim to keep you updated.
  • Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched you will then receive a tracking number. It is then your responsibility to keep an eye on it's journey. Unfortunately we cannot keep an eye on tracking / customs issues.

Refunds and Returns

  • Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only offered if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed. Normal postage delays or customs-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images and text, is our intellectual property and cannot be used without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party delivery services.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
