Introduction and services
Bicep Xpress is operated by Bicep Press Ltd, Unit 11 Dragon Court, Crofts End Road, Bristol BS5 7XX, United Kingdom. We produce custom fine-art giclée prints in our Bristol studio. These terms govern your use of our ordering platform and your print order. Please review them before ordering.
Your artwork and order
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to reproduce it. You retain ownership of your artwork and authorise us to use it to prepare and fulfil your order.
Uploaded artwork is treated as final. Check spelling, image quality, print dimensions, borders, cropping, paper, quantity and delivery details before paying. Our previews and resolution guidance help you review the configuration but are not a colour proof or a guarantee that every artwork error will be detected.
Supported upload formats are JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP and PDF, up to 1,000,000,000 bytes. Export editable design files to a supported format before uploading. Keep your original artwork: uploads and generated print files follow a 30-day retention clock from upload and are not kept as a permanent archive.
An upload or saved basket is not a completed paid order. Payment must be confirmed by our payment provider before a paid order is processed. If you need to change a paid order, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible once production has begun.
Prices and payment
Print prices include 20% VAT. Prices use finished paper dimensions including borders. Quantity discounts apply as shown in the calculator. Delivery charges, where available, are shown separately before payment; studio collection is free.
Payment is due in full when ordering through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. We do not promise a particular payment method unless it is offered at checkout.
Production, collection and delivery
We aim to produce and dispatch within the timeframe communicated for your order. Timing can vary with order volume and material availability; contact us if a deadline is important.
Select an available delivery or collection option at checkout. For shipping orders, tracking information is sent after dispatch. Check the tracking details and contact us if there is a delivery problem. Carrier or customs delays can affect arrival times; this does not remove your statutory rights.
Provide a correct delivery address and, if needed, the recipient’s email for tracking. Order confirmations go to the ordering customer. Collection orders are collected from our Bristol studio by arrangement.
Problems, refunds and returns
If a print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within five days, with photographs of the print and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. The five-day request does not limit your statutory rights.
Prints made to your artwork and chosen specifications are custom-made, so the usual change-of-mind cancellation right for standard online purchases does not apply. Contact us promptly if you want to cancel; we will explain whether production can still be stopped.
If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law, you retain your rights to an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content and changes
Our website text and studio content may not be copied or reused without permission from the relevant rights holder. Artwork shown on the site remains subject to its artists’ rights.
