So that’s what we did - we designed a process that allows you to set up your edition with authentication options so each print is ready to print whenever you are. And the best bit is we can ship it directly to your customers too.

Custom blind emboss stamp
Add your personal touch to the print through the form of a blind emboss stamp. How this looks is completely up to you, it could be your signature, logo or perhaps a combination of the two. The blind emboss stamp is applied to the print and also the COA.
Blind emboss set up fee is £60.
The cost of stamping each print thereafter is £2

COA's
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document that verifies the provenance of a print. It includes details about the print, such as the artist's name, title, dimensions, paper, edition number (if it's part of a limited edition), and it's hand signed by the artist.
Our COAs are 6 x 4” and are placed in a protective clear wallet.
10 COAs are included in the COA setup service, these are posted to you. Simply sign them and return in the prepaid envelope provided. These are stored at the studio and sent out with each print ordered from the edition.
COA setup fee is £24
COAs are then charged at £3 per print order.

Numbering
If your print is part of an limited edition you can opt for the hand-numbering service. We will hand number each print for you in traditional pencil.
Hand-numbering is charged at £2 per print
So how does it work?
Here's a step by step guide on how to set up and order your limited edition prints on demand. We're here to help simplify and demystify the process, so if you have any questions just give us a call.
Step 1 - Set up your edition
Set up your edition by ordering a test print (Artist Proof)
- Choose the paper size, and type of paper. Upload your artwork.
- Select Blind emboss set up and COA set up.
- Select AP for new edition.
- Add to cart and checkout.
- Shortly after checking out we’ll be in touch via email to collect the info we need for the bind emboss stamp and your COAs.
- Once your custom blind emboss stamp has been made (approx 2-3 days) we will post you your AP with your COAs to sign
- Simply sign your COAs and send them back to us in the pre-paid envelope.
- We’ll let you know when the COAs arrive back with us at the studio, we keep them here ready for your future orders.
- You’re then ready to start ordering your limited edition prints...
Step 2 - Order your prints
Once you’ve set up your print you can order them as and when you sell.
- Upload your artwork and choose the same paper type and borders and size as your initial AP print.
- From the Print type drop down menu choose ‘Part of a Limited Edition’
- From the COA drop down menu choose ‘add COA to order’
- Choose numbering from the drop down menu.
- Let us know what edition number the print is in the comments box.
- Add to cart.
- Add the delivery address of your customer at checkout.
- If you’re posting to more than one customer simply follow the next steps…
Step 3 - Shipping
- If you’re shipping to multiple customers choose the ‘ship to multiple customers’ option in the cart.
- Enter the addresses
- Click on ‘split’ next to the quantities and assign the address to each print.
- You’ll receive updates and a tracking number when each print is shipped which you can then pass onto your customers.
